With the professional mime / physical theatre training the MimeCenter Cologne is forming a new generation of mimes. 

At the end of the study the actors will have the artistic and physical skills to be able to realize successfully their ideas and projects.

Focus is the corporeal mime of Etienne Decroux:

technique, improvisation, composition and repertoire.

Other subjects: Mime Marceau, ballet / dance, theatre masque, body work, Commedia Dell'Arte, clown, stage combat, marketing.

In addition to regular invitations from international guest lecturers,

we are planning a student exchange with other international

MIME - Schools:  e.g. in Paris, Barcelona, London and Sofia.

Training: about 22h per week ( plus 3 weekend - workshops)

Tuition Fee:  € 340  per month

Next start: October 2012
